- Park the machine on a hard, level surface.
- Move the transmission control lever to neutral and engage the parking brake.
- Heat the oil to 65 u00b1 7u00b0 C (149 u00b1 13u00b0 F).
- Check the brake accumulator pressure. If it reads 16000 u00b1 kPa (2320 u00b1 580 psi), switch the engine off.
- Turn the key start switch to ‘on’ without starting the engine.
- Ensure the transmission control is in the neutral position.
- Activate the tow-override mode by pressing the red tow-override knob.
- Press and hold the service brake pedal for five seconds, then release it. Parking brake pressure should remain above 1860 kPa (270 psi) for 30 seconds.
- After pulling the T handle, the parking brake pressure must be less than 20 kPa (3 psi), if applicable.
- After operating the secondary brake handle, the park brake pressure should be below 200 kPa (29 psi), if applicable.
