Installation Instructions
- Check the wear plates on both sides of the track frame. Replace if worn.

- Utilize the chain hoist to help slide the idler onto the track frame; ensure the oil fill hole faces away from the machine.
- Disconnect the chain hoist from the mounting brackets.
- Install cap screws for the wear plates at the track frame’s front.
- Reinstall the same number of shims between the track adjuster yoke and mounting brackets, then secure with lock washers and cap screws.
- Ensure alignment using the Parallel and Vertical Alignment instructions under Idler Adjustments.
- Check and adjust the clearance between wear plates and mounting brackets by adding or removing shims.
- Position guide plates and secure them with shims and cap screws. Check Center Alignment under Idler Adjustments for accuracy.
