Removal Instructions

Follow these steps to safely remove the track rollers from the machine:

1. Remove the bolts, hardened washers, spacers, and self-locking nuts from the track guides.
2. Detach the cap screws and hardened washers securing the track guides to the track frame.
3. Remove the track guides from the assembly.
4. Unscrew and remove the plug from the track adjuster.
5. Loosen the valve within the track adjuster for decompression.
6. Elevate both the front and rear sections of the machine until the track rollers are approximately 8 inches (203 mm) above ground level. Ensure the machine is securely supported in this position.
7. Secure a chain hoist to the track, positioning it near the carrier roller.
8. Lift the track until it reaches the idler stop position.
9. Gradually lower the track onto the carrier roller.
10. Detach the chain hoist from the track.
11. Unscrew and remove the four cap screws and hardened washers securing the track roller in place.
12. Carefully remove the track roller from the machine.
