Transmission Filter Restriction Switch Inspection

• Press the Program/Reset switch to engage the programming mode.
• Use the Up/Down Count switch to increase the count until the display shows ‘026’. At this point, the transmission filter restriction indicator light will flash intermittently.
• Switch the Program/Reset switch to the OFF (center) position.
• Observe the Information Center display:
  • If the transmission filter restriction switch is not activated, the display will show ’00’.
  • If the transmission filter restriction switch is activated, the display will show ’01’ and the transmission filter restriction indicator light will continue to flash intermittently on the Information Center.
