Outer Hand Lever Rearward Operation – Upper Spool Rearward Movement

When the outer hand lever is moved rearward, the valve spool also moves rearward. This action permits pressurized oil to flow into the upper valve, navigating around the spool’s groove, and exiting through port (C) to the manifold.

The flow proceeds as follows:

• The pressurized oil enters the manifold at port (C).
• It is directed using drilled passages to the front manifold port.
• Through the hydraulic hose, the oil reaches the upper rear coupling, directing the flow to the remote cylinder.
• The returning oil from the remote cylinder passes back through the lower rear coupling.
• It flows through drilled passages in the manifold to port (D).
• At port (D), the return oil travels around the upper spool to the center return passage.
• The oil continues through the valve cover, flows down via the front return passages, traverses through the upper and lower valve, and the torque tube cover, before returning to the sump.
