- Clean each pin and pin hole thoroughly before installation.
- Position the bucket with its back parallel to the ground.
- Use a hammer to insert the bucket side pin and the arm side pin, and then install the bucket.
- If insertion is difficult, avoid forcing the pin and adjust the bucket’s position.
- Be careful to avoid damaging the O-rings or dust seals during pin insertion.
- Secure the bucket using bolts and nuts, ensuring a gap of 1 – 2 mm (0.039 – 0.079 in) between nuts and the retaining ring.
