Prior Operation: Ensure that you have disassembled the control valve before proceeding. For detailed instructions on disassembly, refer to the Transmission Control Valve – Disassemble (21.133).

Step-by-Step Assembly Instructions

• Install four new O-ring seals. For more information, refer to the Semi-Powershift Transmission – Sectional View (21.111).
• Wait 15 minutes before installing the piston into the bore.
• Install the inner piston.
• Secure the inner retaining ring.
• Install the piston and corresponding ring.
• Fit the circlip into place.
• Attach the retaining cap.
• Install the final circlip.
• Repeat the above steps (1 to 7) to assemble any remaining pistons that were disassembled.
