Steps to Measure Swing Motor Drainage:
- Ensure hydraulic oil temperature is stable at 50u00b15 u00b0C (122u00b19 u00b0F) by rotating the swing motor.
- Caution: Avoid personal injury from high-pressure fluid. Release system pressure before servicing.
- Stop the engine and release any remaining pressure by pressing the air bleed valve on the hydraulic oil tank.
- Disconnect drain hose (2) at left side tee (B) and connect a test drain hose to the motor side.
- To measure the right motor drainage, disconnect the right drain hose (1) at the right side tee (A) and install the necessary plug.
Required Torque: 93 Nu00b7m (9.5 kgfu00b7m, 70 lb.-ft.)
