Follow these steps to safely remove and install a cylinder:

• Preparation:
1. Park the machine on a stable, level surface. Retract the bucket and arm cylinders fully, and rest the front attachment on the ground.
2. Stop the engine and operate the control lever multiple times with the pilot shut-off lever in the UNLOCK position to release circuit pressure.
3. Release any pressure in the front attachment pipe as per the HYDRAULIC CIRCUIT PRESSURE RELEASE PROCEDURE in section W4-1-1.
4. Release the pressure in the hydraulic oil tank according to the BLEED AIR FROM HYDRAULIC OIL TANK procedure in section W1-4-1.
• Note: The pilot circuit is equipped with an accumulator to manage pressure release post-engine shutdown.
