Inspect the Swivel Joint:

• Disconnect the hose between the swivel joint and the counterbalance valve at the valve side and set a pressure gauge in the hose.
• Operate the travel lever and measure the pressure; the swivel joint is functioning correctly if the pressure gauge indicates approximately 27.5 MPa.

Inspect the Counterbalance Valve:

• If neither forward nor reverse travel is possible, the spool of the counterbalance valve might be stuck in the neutral position.
