Manual Extract: Loader Arm and Bucket Control System – Electro-Hydraulic (EH) Lift Sensor Removal
Follow these steps to remove the Electro-Hydraulic (EH) lift sensor:
- Park the machine on a level surface and lower the bucket to the ground. Stop the engine and apply the parking brake.
- With the engine off, move the joystick or control lever(s) to relieve any pressure in the hydraulic circuit.
- Locate the Electro-Hydraulic (EH) lift sensor assembly on the right-hand side of the front frame. Disconnect the electrical connector X-BOA from the EH lift sensor.
- Loosen and remove the three bolts, washers, and spacers securing the EH lift sensor assembly to the front frame.
- Remove the hexagon socket screw from the arm fork of the EH lift sensor assembly. Detach the EH lift sensor assembly from the machine.
