Loader Bucket Control Cylinder – Disassembly Guide
Disassembly Steps:
- Open the hood.
- Drain the engine coolant.
- Locate the DEF/ADBLUEu00ae Heater Control valve on the right-hand side of the engine.
- Disconnect the machine wiring harness from the DEF/ADBLUEu00ae heater control valve.
- Using a small flat blade screwdriver, pull up on the fitting retaining clip to disconnect the coolant inlet, outlet, and by-pass lines from the heater control valve.
- Remove the hexagonal bolts securing the heater control valve to the mounting support bracket, and remove the heater control valve from the machine.
