The following steps detail the extraction of the EGR cooler:
- Disconnect the air leak pipe from the engine assembly.
- Disconnect the water charge pipe from the EGR cooler duct.
- Detach the EGR cooler water hose from the EGR cooler.
- Remove the water return pipe from the EGR cooler.
- Extract EGR cooler A from its duct and adjacent coolers.
- Remove EGR cooler B from its duct and neighboring coolers.
- Detach the EGR cooler duct A from the exhaust manifold and bracket.
