Manual Extract: Electronic Lift Calibration
This section provides detailed instructions on calibrating the electronic lift of your equipment. Follow these steps to ensure the lift’s optimal performance:
Usage Recommendations
- Move the lift-lower lever to the lowering position.
- Rotate the knob clockwise to the arm lowering full speed position (indicated by the hare symbol).
- Rotate the knob counterclockwise to maximum working depth.
- Start the engine and increase engine speed to 1500 rpm.
- Rotate the knob fully clockwise until the lift arms reach the limit stop. If no movement occurs for 1 second, a fast-flashing fault code will indicate the limit is reached, confirming calibration of the upper travel limit and working depth potentiometer.
- Rotate the knob fully counterclockwise to lower the arms completely. A similar fault code will confirm successful calibration.
- Turn the key to the STOP position to save the calibration data in the electronic control unit.
