The Transmission System is designed for advanced functionality and ease of use, featuring a full powershift mechanism controlled by a transmission controller. This ensures seamless shifting capabilities without the need for an inching pedal. The system includes multiple transmission options, accommodating diverse operational needs, such as:

• Standard transmission with 18 forward and 4 reverse speeds.
• Optional transmission with 19 forward and 4 reverse speeds, capable of 50Km/h roading.
• Optional creeper transmission offering 23 forward and 6 reverse speeds.

Additionally, the transmission is equipped with an electro-hydraulically operated park brake that engages when power is removed, enhancing safety and control.

Usage Recommendations

• For critical warnings, immediately shut down the tractor engine and investigate the cause. Note that the Performance Monitor-equipped tractors will automatically shut down 30 seconds after critical warnings are displayed.

Systems and Controls

The transmission controller constantly monitors the following components, either directly or via the Data Bus:

• Transmission Control Lever
• Gear Selection Switch
• Bottom of Clutch Switch
• Seat Switch
• Engine Speed Sensor
• Transmission Speed Sensor

Upon detecting any issues, the system provides fault information through the instrumentation cluster controller’s programmable display, supported by a 3-second audible alarm.
