Transmission Troubleshooting Guide
The transmission system of your machine is expertly controlled and monitored by the transmission controller, which can be found beneath the right-hand console in the electrical compartment.
To ensure optimal functionality, please follow these initial troubleshooting steps:
Preparation Steps
- Inspect the wiring harness and components for any signs of damage or looseness. It is crucial to repair or replace any defective parts discovered during this inspection.
- Verify the transmission oil level, and thoroughly check for any excessive leaks around hoses, hydraulic components, and valves. Address any issues as needed.
- Ensure the transmission oil is warmed to a temperature exceeding 60 degrees Celsius (140 degrees Fahrenheit).
Fault Code Identification
Commence troubleshooting by checking for transmission fault codes:
- Recording Fault Codes: Should any fault codes appear, document them carefully.
- Clearing Fault Codes: After recording, clear all fault codes and operate the machinery. Observe if the same fault codes reappear.
Fault Code Retrieval
Your controllers are designed to allow fault code checks at any time. Each controller has the capacity to store up to 10 fault codes for easy retrieval and analysis.
For optimal performance and safety, adhere to these guidelines and address any issues promptly.
