Maintenance Instructions
Instructions for Replacing the Front Flexible Hose:
- n Replacement Procedure:
- Remove the front wheels.

Detach the flexible hose No.1:
- Using a 10 mm union nut wrench, disconnect the brake tube from the flexible hose.
- Remove the clip securing the hose to the body.
- Undo the bolt from the bracket and unfasten the union bolt and gasket to remove it from the caliper.

Install the flexible hose No.1:
- Secure it to the bracket with a new clip and connect the brake tube using a union nut wrench.
- Ensure minimal twisting and secure the clip firmly.
- Attach to the brake caliper using a union bolt and new gaskets.
- Tightening torques: Flexible hose – 15 Nm, Bracket bolt – 28 Nm, Caliper connection – 31 Nm.
