Follow these steps for removing the offset cylinder:
- With a nylon sling, hoist and support the offset cylinder using a crane.
- Remove the nut and bolt, then detach the offset cylinder rod end pin from the upper boom stopper.
- Disconnect the hoses from the offset anti-drift valve and cap them securely.
- Remove the necessary nuts, bolts, and pins, and carefully extract thrust plates using a bar and hammer.
- Finally, lift and remove the offset cylinder by crane.
