Flow Rate Increase Instructions
To adjust the flow rate:
- Activate the control lever to shift the flow rate control valve, increasing pump control pressure (Pi).
- The piston pushes spool A and spring, moving spool A in the arrow’s direction.
- This opens the circuit from the large chamber of the servo piston to the hydraulic oil tank.
- Primary pilot pressure Pg moves the servo piston, rotating the cylinder block for maximum pump delivery flow rate.
- Movement is translated to sleeve A via link, closing the circuit from the servo piston to the oil tank.
- The flow rate increase process completes as the circuit closes, stopping the servo piston.
