Replacing Motor Actuator
- Disconnect the connector attached to the motor actuator.
- Detach FACE and VENT rods connected to the MA mode lever and mode cam from the holder.
- Remove three screws and take out the motor actuator with the MA mode lever.
- Transfer the removed MA mode lever to the new motor actuator by reversing the removal steps.
Replacing Air Mixing Actuator
- Disconnect the connector attached to the air mixing motor actuator.
- Remove the rod connecting the motor actuator to the MA air MIX lever.
- Unscrew three screws and remove the motor actuator with the MA air MIX lever.
- Install the MA air MIX lever on the new motor actuator following the reverse procedure.
