Truck Body Assembly Removal Instructions

To remove the truck body assembly safely, follow these steps:

1. Remove both hoist cylinder rod pins (1). Use a sling to temporarily support the cylinder.
2. Tense the lever block between the vehicle body and hoist cylinder to prevent it from falling.
3. Lower the crane to position the hoist cylinder on the tire, using a block for support.
4. Sling the body securely and disconnect the body potentiometer linkage (2).
5. Remove body hinge pins (3) on both sides.
6. Carefully lift off the body assembly (4).

Warning: Ensure the hoist cylinder is pulled inside the vehicle body before removing rod pin (1) to prevent it from falling.
