Truck Body Assembly Removal Instructions
To remove the truck body assembly safely, follow these steps:
- Remove both hoist cylinder rod pins (1). Use a sling to temporarily support the cylinder.
- Tense the lever block between the vehicle body and hoist cylinder to prevent it from falling.
- Lower the crane to position the hoist cylinder on the tire, using a block for support.
- Sling the body securely and disconnect the body potentiometer linkage (2).
- Remove body hinge pins (3) on both sides.
- Carefully lift off the body assembly (4).
Warning: Ensure the hoist cylinder is pulled inside the vehicle body before removing rod pin (1) to prevent it from falling.
