Manual Extract – Working Position of Spool Valve
When a spool valve transitions from its neutral state, it opens the connection from pump to user while restricting tank flow. This action elevates pump pressure until it aligns with the user connection pressure, enabling oil to flow. Further movement of the spool valve closes the pump-to-tank and opens the user-to-tank oil return path. The entire pump oil flow is then accessible to the user. Spool valve movement depends solely on control pressure, adjustable via the joystick. A precise control is maintained through a 15 mm piston stroke, ensuring effective movement with minimal leakage.
