Arm Cylinder Holding Valve Removal – Manual Extract

1. Use a 22 mm wrench to remove the lines (1) and (2).
   • Mark the HBCV and line locations for accurate reconnection during installation.
   • Seal the lines and HBCV with caps or plugs to prevent contamination.
   • Clean the connectors using a parts cleaner to eliminate dirt and scratches.
2. Remove the 4 hexagon socket head bolts (1) using a 10 mm hexagon wrench; then detach the line (2) and O-ring (3).
   • Cap and plug the exposed HBCV and line openings to prevent contamination.
   • Spray a parts cleaner to keep components clean and free from damage.
3. Detach the arm HBCV (2) and O-ring (3) by removing the bolts again with a 10 mm hexagon wrench.
