This section provides a step-by-step guide for the correct installation and tightening procedures of the fuel leak-off pipe in the machinery.

1. Temporarily tighten the fuel leak-off pipe to the common rail assembly.
2. Temporarily tighten the fuel leak-off pipe to the fuel supply pump.
3. Temporarily tighten the fuel leak-off pipe to the cylinder head and fuel filter bracket.
4. Temporarily tighten the fuel leak-off pipe to the pipe bracket.
5. Securely tighten the fuel leak-off pipe to the fuel supply pump.
   • Tightening torque: 17 Nu00b7m (13 lb ft)
6. Securely tighten the fuel leak-off pipe to the common rail assembly.
   • Tightening torque: 20 Nu00b7m (15 lb ft)
7. Completely tighten the fuel leak-off pipe to the cylinder head and to the fuel filter bracket.
   • Tightening torque for both: 41 Nu00b7m (30 lb ft)
8. Completely tighten the fuel leak-off pipe to the pipe bracket.
   • Tightening torque: 41 Nu00b7m (30 lb ft)
