Detailed Gearbox Information

Lubrication
Oil from the tractor’s 5 bar valve lubrication system is directed to both the lower and upper shaftlines of the gearbox. The network of channels and ports ensures effective distribution of oil to critical parts needing lubrication.

Selecting Ratios
Ratio selection is managed via two double cone synchronizers, each operated individually. These synchronizers are controlled by two selector rails and corresponding forks. The system utilizes a hydraulic control with each selector rail featuring a double-acting piston to facilitate range shifting, driven by the tractor’s 21 bar hydraulic system.

Four solenoid valves (L52, L53, L54, L55) are positioned on the right side of the gearbox, managing the movement of the selector rails. Alongside, four switches (L56, L57, L58, L59) relay the position of the selector rails to the control unit.
Note: These switches are activated by pins (131) controlled by the selector rails.

Each range is equipped with a corresponding solenoid valve and switch.
