Inspecting and Installing the Shock Absorber
Inspection: Elongate and contract the shock absorber to check for abnormal noise and oil leakage. Ensure consistent operating load throughout its stroke without abnormal interference.
Notice: Press down the shock absorber to the lowest end, allow it to extend to the highest position, and repeat this motion four or more times.

Installation:
1. Mounting the Shock Absorber Bushing: Use SST (09222-64012) and a press to mount the new bushing.
2. Installing the Shock Absorber:

• Temporarily mount the shock absorber upper side to the frame using bolt and cushion No.1 (2 pcs).
• Temporarily mount the shock absorber lower side with cushion No.1 (2 pcs).
• Fully tighten both side bolts (2 pcs) to 68 Nm .
