Manual Extract: Centre Joint Installation

1. Install flange (5) of center joint (1) to the center frame with washers (4) and bolts (3), each used four times. Torque specifications: 17 mm, 50 Nu22c5m (5 kgfu22c5m, 37 lbfu22c5ft).
2. Connect hoses (2), using twelve hoses to center joint (1). Torque specifications: 19 mm, 29.5 Nu22c5m (3 kgfu22c5m, 22 lbfu22c5ft); 22 mm, 39 Nu22c5m (4 kgfu22c5m, 29 lbfu22c5ft).
3. Attach the main frame to the center frame. Refer to the “Remove and Install Main Frame” section on page W2-1-1.

Important: After completing installation, ensure the oil level is checked. Start the engine and inspect for any oil leaks.
