Disassembly Steps
- Remove Tubes: Detach tubes (1) and (2) from the assembly.
- Main and Safety Valve Removal: Extract the main relief valve assembly (3) and safety valve assembly (4).
- Case Assembly:
- Remove case assembly (5) and collar (6).
- Detach covers (26) and (27).
- Remove the dust seal (28).
- Loosen bolt (30) of lever (29) and extract shaft (31).
- Take out the oil seal (32) along with bearings (33) and (34).
- Spool Assembly:
- Detach case (7) and remove spool assembly (8).
- Unscrew bolt (9), then remove retainer (10), spring (11) from spool (12). Make sure to do this while the spool is assembled in the body.
- Valve and Plate Removal:
- Remove plate (13) to extract valve (14), then remove seat (15), spring (16), and valve (17).
- Assembly Component Removal:
- Extract valve (18), followed by boss (19), spring (20), washer (21), and spool (22).
- Remove plate (13), then extract seat (23), spring (24), and poppet (25).
