Maintenance Tips
Checking Radiator Hose, Pipe, and Clamp
- Ensure the vehicle is parked on a flat surface. Raise the cargo bed and secure it with the safety support.
- Inspect radiator hoses every 200 hours or 6 months for secure fittings.
- If clamps are loose or leaks are detected, tighten them securely.
- Replace hoses and clamps if they show signs of swelling, hardening, or cracking. Regular replacement is recommended every 2 years.
Precaution at Overheating
- In overheating events, safely stop the vehicle and reduce engine load, allowing it to idle.
- Avoid sudden engine shutdown. Instead, let it idle unloaded for approximately 5 minutes before shutdown.
- Stay clear of the vehicle while steam is escaping, for at least 10 minutes.
- Once safe, inspect and address the cause of overheating before resuming operations.
