Control Specifications
1. Travel OPS: When the controller detects the seat switch turned off for two seconds, the drive motor control stops. Relocation is achieved by returning the lever and accelerator pedal to neutral and turning on the seat switch.
2. Material Handling OPS: For models 7FBCU 15 ~ 32, and 7FBCU 35 ~ 55 with deadman brake spec, if the OPS controller detects the seat switch off for 2 seconds, control valves are managed to disable lowering and tilting functions. These operations resume 1 second after the seat switch is activated.
Caution
u2022 Backward Tilting: During OPS, the mast may move due to its own weight if in a tilted position.
u2022 Attachment: Within OPS, attachments might move due to own weight. For models without deadman brake, disabling occurs by stopping the hydraulic oil supply. Operations are restored 1 second after the seat switch is on.
